Customize the visual side of the bot. Make it your own.

Note: In all the settings, you will find a color picker. You will need to add a color code for accurate color selection. Go with anything that goes well with your website.

  • Primary Background Color: Select the color that will define the backdrop of the widget. It should reflect your site’s overall vibe.
  • Primary Text Color: Pick a color for the chatbot’s main messages. This should contrast well with the background, ensuring it stands out and is easy to read
  • Agent Message Color: The color for messages sent by the bot. Make it distinct enough that visitors know when the chatbot is speaking.
  • Agent Text Color: Choose a color for the text within the agent’s message bubbles. A contrasting text color ensures clarity.
  • Visitor Message Color: Select the visitor’s message bubble color. Make sure it’s a good match for the agent’s colors but still distinguishable.
  • Visitor Text Color: Pick a readable color for the visitor’s message text. Ensure contrast with the background color for better visibility.
  • Default Images for Agents: Upload an avatar image for the bot. This will appear as the avatar next to the bot’s messages. Just click Upload File and choose an image that fits your brand’s personality.
