Here is where you create visual engagement for the bot. In the Widget Settings section, you can customize the chat widget’s behavior and appearance.

  • Enable AI Chat Bot: In the far-right corner, you’ll spot a toggle button. Turn it on or off to dictate whether the chatbot will be on the front lines or taking a break.

Widget Settings:

This is your creative zone. Think of it as styling the chatbot’s behavior:

  • Widget Name: Name your widget! Something memorable, something that speaks to the purpose—anything to make sure it stands out.
  • Placeholder Text for AI Chat Form: What text should sit in the input box before the user starts typing? Make it inviting, make it engaging. For example: “Ready for questions?
  • Intro Message for AI Chat: Greet the user! Write a message that gets them to click and engage. Example: “I’m here to help! What can I assist you with today?”
  • Pre-set Questions: Anticipate common inquiries and give users buttons they can press to save time. The more you preempt, the smoother it will flow. For example: “What services do you offer?” “How can I track my package?”
